1. Purpose and Scope

This policy defines the ownership, management, and licensing of intellectual property (IP) and brand assets across the OX Group of Companies.
It ensures consistent legal protection, transparent licensing, and strategic governance of the “OX” family of brands and digital assets.

3. Trademark and IP Ownership

3.1 Master Brand Ownership

All intellectual property associated with the master brand “OX”, including trademarks, logos, names, and related design elements, shall be legally owned by OX Platform Pvt Ltd, which acts as the sole brand custodian of the OX Group.

4. Brand Licensing Framework

4.1 Intra-Group Brand Licensing

OX Platform Pvt Ltd shall grant perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free brand usage rights to the following entities:

  • OX Franchisor Pvt Ltd (for franchise management and marketing activities)
  • OX Infy Pvt Ltd (for technology products and brand-aligned services)
  • Other operational subsidiaries (e.g., OX Trade, OX Inputs, OX Finance, etc.)

All licensees shall comply with brand guidelines, marketing standards, and quality controls established by OX Platform Pvt Ltd.

4.2 External Licensing

Any external or third-party brand licensing shall require prior written approval of the Board of OX Platform Pvt Ltd and shall be governed by a separate agreement.


5. Governance and Compliance

  1. Brand Custodian: OX Platform Pvt Ltd shall maintain all IP registrations, renewals, and enforcement actions related to the “OX” family of trademarks.
  2. Franchise & Marketing Management: OX Franchisor Pvt Ltd shall implement brand marketing and franchise operations in accordance with this policy and under written license from OX Platform Pvt Ltd.
  3. Technology Development: OX Infy Pvt Ltd may develop proprietary technology under its own name while using the OX brand under license.
  4. Board Oversight: OX Agry Pvt Ltd shall oversee group-wide brand and IP strategy as the holding company.
  5. Legal Compliance: All companies shall comply with the Indian Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws.

6. Policy Enforcement and Amendment

This policy shall remain in effect until amended or replaced by a resolution of the Board of OX Agry Pvt Ltd.
Any change in brand ownership, licensing, or IP structure shall be formally approved by the boards of all affected entities.
