1. OX Infy Pvt Ltd (Development Service Provider)​

Role: Technical enabler under contract with OX Agry, developing and maintaining technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain the technology platform as per OX Agry specifications.
  • Provide ongoing development, bug fixes, and feature rollouts.
  • Ensure uptime, security, and scalability.

Authority:

  • No independent rights over platform IP or agricultural data.
  • Cannot reuse or resell sector-specific IP.

Revenue:

  • Service fees paid by OX Agry (not linked to franchise or agri revenues).

1. OX Agry Pvt Ltd (HoldCo & Parent)​

Role: Pure holding company for all agri-related businesses (except OX Infy).

Responsibilities:

  • Own shares of all operating subsidiaries (Inputs, Machinery, Finance, Trade, etc.).
  • Provide governance, compliance, and capital allocation.
  • Maintain consolidated financial and investor relations.

Authority:

  • Strategic decision-making over subsidiaries.
  • No direct operational role in day-to-day businesses.

Revenue:

  • Dividends and management fees from subsidiaries.

2. OX Platform Pvt Ltd​

Role: Owner of the digital marketplace/platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Define platform roadmap, UI/UX, and integration requirements.
  • Contract OX Infy for development.
  • Manage customer experience and platform brand.

Authority:

  • Owns platform IP and agricultural data.
  • Controls access and licensing of platform usage by subsidiaries.

Revenue:

  • Platform usage fees from OX Machinery, OX Inputs, OX Labor, etc.
  • Franchisee commissions linked to bookings/orders.

3. OX Amagator Pvt Ltd (Agri Machinery Aggregator)​

Role: Operates the digital aggregation of third-party agricultural machinery through the OX platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Aggregate farmer- and contractor-owned machinery into booking system.
  • Manage service bookings, demand matching, and allocation.
  • Ensure partner quality standards and compliance.

Authority:

  • Access to machinery partner contracts and utilization data.
  • No ownership of platform IP (licensed from OX Platform).

Revenue:

  • Booking commissions from aggregation.
  • Platform usage fees (passed through to OX Platform).

4. OX Fleet Pvt Ltd (Machinery Ownership & Rental Services)​

Role: Owns and manages OX-owned fleet of tractors, implements, and equipment for rental to farmers.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage OX-owned machinery assets.
  • Deploy fleet where demand is strong.
  • Ensure maintenance, utilization, and insurance compliance.

Authority:

  • Ownership of a machinery fleet, including depreciation rights.
  • No ownership of platform IP (licensed from OX Platform).

Revenue:

  • Rental/service revenue from owned fleet operations.

5. OX Inputs Pvt Ltd​

Role: Distributor/wholesaler of agri inputs (fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, feeds).

Responsibilities:

  • Secure licenses for agri-input trade.
  • Manage wholesale/distribution network.
  • Supply inputs via platform franchise network.

Authority:

  • Independent procurement & vendor contracts.
  • No control over platform technology.

Revenue:

  • Wholesale distributor commissions.

6. OX Trade Pvt Ltd​

Role: Agri-produce trade and market linkage entity.

Responsibilities:

  • Aggregate farmer produce via platform.
  • Handle B2B sales to corporates/exporters.
  • Manage logistics and quality standards.

Authority:

  • Owns trade/export licenses.
  • Contracts with buyers and logistics partners.

Revenue:

  • Margin on commodity trades.
  • Export incentives (where applicable).

7. OX Finance Pvt Ltd​

Role: Agri-finance provider (microfinance, credit, insurance facilitation).

Responsibilities:

  • Access to labor pool data.
  • No ownership of platform technology.

Revenue:

  • Commission per booking.
  • Service fees for bulk labor contracting.

9. OX Franchisor Pvt Ltd​

Role: Franchise system owner (brand + operational playbook).

Responsibilities:

  • Define franchise agreements and support structure.
  • Train franchisees on an OX system.
  • Manage compliance and brand consistency.

Authority:

  • Owns franchise IP, manuals, and trademarks.
  • Can grant, suspend, or revoke franchise rights.

Revenue:

  • Franchise fees (one-time + recurring).
  • Share of franchisee revenues.

10. OX Spares Pvt Ltd​

Role: Distributor/wholesaler of auto and agri machinery spares.

Responsibilities:

  • Build vendor/supplier relationships.

Authority:
