Step 5: Staff Recruitment & Training

Step 9: Launch Day

- ☐ OX team provides on-ground support for first 3 days.
Step 10: Post-Launch Monitoring

- ☐ Weekly review with Master Franchisee.
- ☐ First-month audit by OX Franchisor.
- ☐ Continuous training & support for staff.
