2. Sub-Franchisee Role

  • Runs a retail café outlet under the OX brand.
  • Ensures daily operations: sales, customer service, staff management, and cash handling.
  • Receives food & beverages from central kitchen; no cooking beyond reheating and serving.
  • Maintains brand standards in hygiene, ambience, and service quality.
  • Reports daily sales through the OX Platform.

3. Setup Requirements

  1. Location

    • Must be in cluster territory (decided with Master Franchisee).
    • Suggested size: 400–800 sq. ft. with good footfall (town centers, near colleges, transit hubs, Booking Centers).
  2. Interior & Branding

    • OX-approved design (uniform café look).
    • Fixtures: counter, seating (optional), digital menu board, display fridge, branding panels.
  3. Equipment

    • Coffee machine, water purifier, oven/warmer, freezer/fridge, billing POS, CCTV.
    • Standardized vendor list provided by OX.
  4. Staffing

    • 2–3 employees: cashier + server + helper.
    • Training & onboarding done by OX team.

4. Operations

  • Supply Chain

    • Daily/weekly delivery of items from OX Park kitchen.
    • Sub-franchisee stores, reheats, and serves — no heavy cooking required.
  • Menu & Pricing

    • Fixed by OX Franchisor.
    • No local modifications or unapproved items.
  • Sales & Billing

    • All transactions recorded via OX Digital Platform.
    • Customers can pay via app, UPI, cards, or cash (uploaded into the system).
  • Customer Service

    • Maintain café ambience (cleanliness, music, lighting).
    • Serve within OX-defined timelines (e.g., coffee ≤ 3 mins).

5. Financial Model

  • Revenue Flow

    • Customer pays to OX Platform Pvt Ltd.
    • OX settles share to Sub-Franchisee, Master Franchisee, and OX Park Kitchen as per terms.
  • Indicative Revenue Share

    • 60% Sub-Franchisee (retail sales, staff, rent, utilities).
    • 20% OX Park Kitchen (supply & preparation).
    • 10% Master Franchisee (territory rights & supervision).
    • 10% OX Brand & Platform (branding, technology, audits).
  • Investment

    • Initial Setup: ₹8–15 lakhs (location, interiors, equipment).

6. Compliance & Monitoring
