2. Workshop (Machinery Repair)

  • Scope: Agri machinery & implement repair/maintenance
  • Role: Authorized workshop + on-field repair services
  • Revenue: Repair charges, AMCs, emergency premiums
  • Investment: ~₹5L tools
  • Procurement: Spares from Spares sub-franchisee

3. Spares (Auto Spares Retail)

  • Scope: Machinery spare parts retail
  • Role: Spares retailer + emergency supply
  • Revenue: Retail margins (20–30%), delivery charges, bulk discounts
  • Investment: ~₹50L inventory
  • Procurement: OX Spares Pvt Ltd

4. Café (F&B Services)

  • Scope: Food & beverages at OX Parks
  • Role: Café/catering for operators, visitors, and events
  • Revenue: Food sales, catering, loyalty programs
  • Investment: ~₹2L inventory + ₹10L infra

5. Fuel (Fuel Mobile Delivery)

  • Scope: Mobile on-demand fuel delivery
  • Role: Safe fuel distribution to farms/operators
  • Revenue: Margins on sales, delivery fees, bulk contracts
  • Investment: ~₹32L tanker setup

6. Warehouse (Storage & Aggregation)

  • Scope: Produce aggregation & storage
  • Role: Collection, grading, and coordination with OX Trade

7. Supermarket

  • Scope: Rural general retail & services
  • Role: Stock essentials, agri tools, and cross-sell OX services

Onboarding Process

  1. Master screens candidate Sub-franchisee
  2. Franchisor reviews within 7 business days
  3. Approval or rejection (with reasons)
  4. On approval → Master executes Sub Agreement
  5. Sub activated on OX Platform + training initiated

Supervision

  • Masters conduct monthly compliance checks
  • Franchisor holds quarterly reviews
  • Platform dashboard provides real-time oversight
  • Farmer feedback loop integrated

Revenue Settlement

  • Payments collected by OX Platform Pvt Ltd
  • Automated splits: royalties, commissions, procurement, net pay-outs
  • T+1/T+2 settlement with monthly reconciliation
  • Escrow provisions for disputes

Exit Conditions
