- Educates farmers on proper usage & maintenance.
3. Setup Requirements

- Located in Park, Node, Booking Centers (Dark stores) within the cluster.

- Display racks for small parts, lubricants, and accessories.
- Secure storage for higher-value spares.

- Storage racks, spare bins.
- CCTV monitoring.

- Training provided by OX in product knowledge & customer handling.
4. Operations

- No independent sourcing allowed to ensure authenticity.

5. Financial Model

Master Franchisee
- Supervises spares outlets in the cluster.
- Coordinates with OX Park for supply & logistics.

OX Franchisor
- Runs central warehouse/distribution via OX Park.
- Approves SKUs, pricing, and product lineup.
- Conducts audits, compliance checks, and training.
