All spares and accessories are supplied through the OX Park (Hub) warehouse/distribution system. The sub-franchisee focuses on retail sales, farmer support, and timely availability of machinery parts to reduce downtime in farming operations.


1. Service Category

  • Tractor parts & accessories (filters, tyres, clutches, batteries).
  • Harvester & pump-set spares.
  • Irrigation spares (pipes, joints, motors).
  • Lubricants, oils, coolants.
  • Small implements & tools (sprayers, tarpaulins, hand tools).

2. Sub-Franchisee Role

  • Runs a customer-facing spares outlet under OX branding.
  • Provides farmers and operators with authentic, OX-approved spares & tools.
  • Uses OX Digital Platform for billing, inventory, and reporting.
  • Maintains stock availability for critical machinery needs.
  • Educates farmers on proper usage & maintenance.

3. Setup Requirements

  1. Location

    • Store size: As per OX standards.
    • Located in Park, Node, Booking Centers (Dark stores) within the cluster.
  2. Store Design & Branding

    • OX-approved branding & layout.
    • Display racks for small parts, lubricants, and accessories.
    • Secure storage for higher-value spares.
  3. Equipment

    • POS system integrated with OX platform.
    • Storage racks, spare bins.
    • CCTV monitoring.
  4. Staffing

    • 1–2 staff with mechanical/technical knowledge.
    • Training provided by OX in product knowledge & customer handling.

4. Operations

  • Supply Chain

    • Spares & tools supplied from OX Park warehouse.
    • No independent sourcing allowed to ensure authenticity.
    • Inventory linked to OX platform.
  • Sales & Billing

    • All sales through OX POS (cash, UPI, card, OX Wallet).
    • Daily reporting synced automatically.
  • Customer Engagement

    • Provide advisory on installation & maintenance.
    • Promote OX service partnerships (mechanic tie-ups, AMC programs).
    • Run seasonal promotions (pre-harvest, sowing season kits).

5. Financial Model

  • Revenue Flow

    • Customer pays via OX POS → Payment flows through OX Platform.
    • OX deducts supply cost + brand/platform fee → Balance credited to Sub-Franchisee.
  • Indicative Revenue Share

    • Sub-Franchisee: 10–20% retail margin (depending on product category).
    • Master Franchisee: 1–2% supervision fee.
    • OX: 2–3% platform & brand fee.
  • Investment

    • Setup: ₹6–10 lakhs (store interiors, racks, POS).
    • Initial stock: ₹4–6 lakhs (parts, lubricants, tools).
    • Working capital: ₹1–2 lakhs.

6. Compliance & Monitoring

  • Authenticity: Only OX-approved spares & accessories allowed.
  • Audits: Monthly by Master Franchisee, quarterly by OX.
  • Branding: Store design & layout must follow OX standards.
  • Customer Protection: No duplicate or unauthorized spares.
  • Action on Violations: Stocking fake/duplicate parts may lead to immediate termination.

7. Roles & Responsibilities

Sub-Franchisee

  • Invests & manages spares outlet.
  • Ensures timely availability of critical parts.
  • Manages staff & provides advisory to farmers.
  • Reports sales & inventory via OX platform.

Master Franchisee

  • Supervises spares outlets in the cluster.
  • Coordinates with OX Park for supply & logistics.
  • Provides audit support & operational guidance.

OX Franchisor

  • Runs central warehouse/distribution via OX Park.
  • Approves SKUs, pricing, and product lineup.
  • Conducts audits, compliance checks, and training.
