  2. Store Design & Branding

    • OX-approved layout & branding.
    • Fixtures: racks, freezers, billing counters, signage, lighting.
  3. Equipment

    • POS & billing integrated with OX platform.
    • CCTV, storage racks, freezer/fridge units.
    • Barcode scanners, weighing machines.
  4. Staffing

    • 3–5 staff: cashier, floor assistants, stock handler.
    • Training provided by OX in sales, customer service, and hygiene.

4. Operations

  • Supply Chain

    • All inventory supplied from OX Park warehouse.
    • Daily/weekly replenishment schedule managed via OX platform.

Sub-Franchisee

  • Ensures daily reporting via OX POS.

Master Franchisee

  • Supervises supermarket outlets in the cluster.
  • Coordinates with OX Park warehouse for smooth supply chain.

OX Franchisor

  • Owns the brand, platform, and supply chain.
  • Runs central warehouse at OX Park.
  • Decides product mix, pricing, and promotions.
