OX Inputs Launch Checklist

Step 1: Approval & Agreement

  • ☐ Sub-Franchisee application submitted to Master Franchisee.
  • ☐ Background verification & financial capability check.
  • ☐ Approval by OX Franchisor.
  • ☐ Sub-Franchise Agreement signed (covering investment, compliance, and revenue share).

Step 2: Licensing & Compliance

  • ☐ Apply for fertilizer dealer license (state government).
  • ☐ Apply for pesticide/crop protection sales license.
  • ☐ Ensure compliance with local agri-input laws (seed labeling, pesticide storage).
  • ☐ All licenses verified by OX legal/compliance team.

Step 3: Location & Site Setup

  • ☐ Located in Park, Node, Booking Centers (Dark stores) within the cluster.
  • ☐ Site survey conducted by Master Franchisee + OX team.
  • ☐ Minimum requirements:
    • Store size: As per OX standards.
  • ☐ Lease/rent agreement signed.
  • ☐ Final OX approval for site.

Step 4: Store Setup

  • ☐ Store interiors completed as per OX branding guidelines.
  • ☐ Racks, shelves, counters installed.
  • ☐ Branding: logo boards, wall graphics, product displays.
  • ☐ Safety cabinet for pesticides installed.
  • ☐ CCTV for monitoring installed.

Step 5: Equipment Installation

  • ☐ POS billing system integrated with OX platform.
  • ☐ Barcode scanner & weighing machine installed.
  • ☐ Storage & stock management system activated.

Step 6: Staff Recruitment & Training

  • ☐ 1–2 sales staff recruited.
  • ☐ Training conducted by OX team:
    • Safe handling of fertilizers & pesticides.
    • Usage advisory for farmers.
    • POS & digital billing system.
    • Grooming & customer service.
  • ☐ Uniforms issued.

Step 7: Supply Chain Integration

  • ☐ Linked to OX Park warehouse for supply.
  • ☐ Initial stock order placed (₹5–8 lakhs).
  • ☐ Inventory synced with OX platform.
  • ☐ Trial delivery run conducted before launch.

Step 8: Compliance & Audit

  • ☐ Licensing documents submitted to OX compliance team.
  • ☐ Safety & storage standards verified.
  • ☐ OX branding & POS integration audited.
  • ☐ Final "Go-Live" approval by OX Franchisor.

Step 9: Marketing & Pre-Launch

  • ☐ OX app listing activated (store visible to farmers).
  • ☐ Local awareness campaign (flyers, WhatsApp, village group promotions).
  • ☐ Farmer engagement event (demo on seed/fertilizer usage).
  • ☐ Pre-launch offers announced (discounts, loyalty benefits).

Step 10: Launch Day

  • ☐ Store opens with full inventory.
  • ☐ OX & Master Franchisee team on-site for support.
  • ☐ First sales recorded via OX POS.
  • ☐ Farmers onboarded into OX loyalty program.

Step 11: Post-Launch Monitoring

  • ☐ Daily sales auto-synced with OX platform.
  • ☐ Weekly review with Master Franchisee.
  • ☐ Monthly audit by OX Franchisor (compliance, stock, branding).
  • ☐ Continuous staff training & seasonal product updates.
