OX Spares Launch Checklist

Step 1: Approval & Agreement

  • ☐ Sub-Franchisee application submitted to Master Franchisee.
  • ☐ Background & financial verification completed.
  • ☐ Approval by OX Franchisor.
  • ☐ Sub-Franchise Agreement signed (covering investment, supply chain, and compliance).

Step 2: Site Finalization

  • ☐ Located in Park, Node, Booking Centers (Dark stores) within the cluster.
  • ☐ Site survey conducted by Master Franchisee + OX team.
  • ☐ Minimum requirements:
    • Store size: As per OX standards.
  • ☐ Lease/rent agreement signed.
  • ☐ Final OX approval for site.

Step 3: Store Setup

  • ☐ Store interiors completed as per OX branding.
  • ☐ Fixtures installed: racks, bins, display shelves, spare counters.
  • ☐ Branding: logo boards, wall graphics, and in-store signage.
  • ☐ Security arrangements (CCTV, lockable storage) in place.

Step 4: Equipment Installation

  • ☐ POS billing system integrated with OX Platform.
  • ☐ Barcode scanner & inventory management system tested.
  • ☐ CCTV cameras activated & linked to monitoring system.

Step 5: Staff Recruitment & Training

  • ☐ 1–2 technically skilled staff recruited.

  • ☐ Training conducted by OX team:

    • Product knowledge (spares, tools, lubricants).
    • Identifying genuine vs fake parts.
    • POS & digital billing system.
    • Customer advisory (basic installation & maintenance tips).
  • ☐ Uniforms issued & grooming standards enforced.


Step 6: Supply Chain Integration

  • ☐ Linked with OX Park warehouse for supply of spares & tools.
  • ☐ Initial stock order placed (₹4–6 lakhs).
  • ☐ Inventory uploaded & synced with OX Platform.
  • ☐ Trial supply run conducted before launch.

Step 7: Compliance & Audit

  • ☐ Authenticity of stock verified (only OX-approved spares allowed).
  • ☐ Storage standards checked (secure, clean, moisture-free).
  • ☐ OX compliance audit conducted (branding, POS, staff readiness).
  • ☐ Final “Go-Live” approval granted by OX Franchisor.

Step 8: Marketing & Pre-Launch

  • ☐ Store listed on OX App with product categories.
  • ☐ Local awareness campaign (banners, flyers, WhatsApp promotions).
  • ☐ Mechanic & farmer group partnerships activated.
  • ☐ Pre-launch offers announced (discounts on lubricants, seasonal packages).

Step 9: Launch Day

  • ☐ Store opens with complete stock.
  • ☐ OX & Master Franchisee team present for support.
  • ☐ First customer sales recorded via OX POS.
  • ☐ Mechanic partners onboarded for referrals.

Step 10: Post-Launch Monitoring

  • ☐ Daily sales & inventory auto-synced with OX platform.
  • ☐ Weekly review with Master Franchisee.
  • ☐ Monthly audit by OX Franchisor (authenticity, branding, compliance).
  • ☐ Continuous product training & seasonal campaigns.

With this checklist:

  • Spares Sub-Franchisees will launch in a controlled and trustworthy way.
  • Farmers will always have genuine spares & tools nearby, improving OX’s reputation as a reliable ecosystem partner.
  • Master Franchisees can easily scale spares outlets across the cluster.
