  • ☐ POS billing integrated with OX platform.
  • ☐ Job card & service tracking system activated.
  • ☐ CCTV for monitoring.

Step 5: Staff Recruitment & Training

  • ☐ Mechanics & helpers recruited.
  • ☐ Training by OX team on service protocols & customer handling.
  • ☐ Safety training conducted.

Step 6: Supply Chain Integration

  • ☐ Linked with OX Spares Sub-Franchisee for genuine parts.
  • ☐ Trial job run done (minor tractor/pump-set service).

Step 7: Compliance & Audit

  • ☐ Safety audit (tools, protective gear, oil disposal).
  • ☐ OX audit on branding & tech readiness.
  • ☐ Final “Go-Live” approval by OX Franchisor.

Step 8: Marketing & Pre-Launch

  • ☐ OX app listing activated.
  • ☐ Local awareness campaign (flyers, farmer WhatsApp groups).
  • ☐ Tie-ups with local tractor operators & farmer clubs.

Step 9: Launch Day

  • ☐ Workshop opens with first bookings.
  • ☐ OX & Master Franchisee team present.
  • ☐ First services recorded via OX POS.

Step 10: Post-Launch Monitoring

  • ☐ Daily jobs auto-synced with OX platform.
  • ☐ Weekly review with Master Franchisee.
  • ☐ Monthly audit by OX.
  • ☐ Continuous training for mechanics.
