Step 1: Approval & Agreement

Step 2: Licensing & Regulatory Clearance
- ☐ Apply for dealership or supply agreement with approved OX Park distributor (BPCL, HPCL, IOCL, private energy partner).
- ☐ Obtain mandatory approvals from PESO (Petroleum & Explosives Safety Organization).
- ☐ Local Fire & Safety NOC obtained.
- ☐ Pollution Control & local municipal approvals completed.
Step 3: Site Finalization
- ☐ Land identified (1,000–2,000 sq. ft. minimum, road frontage).
- ☐ Site survey conducted by Master Franchisee + OX team.
- ☐ Safety compliance checked (distance from schools, hospitals, residential as per PESO norms).
- ☐ Lease/ownership documents verified.
- ☐ Final OX approval for site.
Step 4: Infrastructure Setup

- ☐ Loyalty or cashback offers configured in OX Wallet.
- ☐ Pre-launch safety drill conducted with staff.
Step 10: Launch Day

- ☐ OX & Master Franchisee support team present on site.
- ☐ First customers onboarded with digital payments.

- ☐ Weekly compliance checks by Master Franchisee.
